We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Community Mental Health Social Worker with an interest in working in Stepney and Wapping Neighbourhood Mental Health Team that has a positive approach to supporting service users with their personal recovery.
The Tower Hamlets Stepney and Wapping Neighbourhood Mental Health Team is a well-established team within East London Foundation Trust and operates as an integrated multi-disciplinary team with staff from both the East London NHS Foundation Trust and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets working together to provide a high quality service for people with severe and enduring mental health needs this is inline with Transformation Project. The team actively works in partnership with service users, carers, the Local Authority and with other statutory services and local voluntary groups.
